Tanner's Law A Reality

MASON CITY, IA- Tanner Wilson was just 11-years old when he died at a North Iowa care facility. Today, an area family knows that what lead to his passing, won't ever happen to another child in Iowa. As Tanner's Law goes into effect, Karen Wilson and her husband Bob know that something positive is coming out of their son's tragic death.
